02 and email account

Went to log in to my 02 account to check my data usage and it's not accepting my email address and password even tho they are correct. Same with my virgin email. Clicked forgot email address, which i haven't by the way and asks for my mobile number for a code which didn't arrive. Put in my DOB and security question which is correct and didn't identify it. What's going on 🙄

    There has been some disturbance in the force as VM and O2 merge some of their systems today. 

    The O2 web login started working again about 2.5hrs ago, so do try that again when you get a moment. Good luck!

    Just jumped through several hoops to link VM & O2 and now the only way I can log into O2 is by logging into VM first then using the link to O2 from there.
