O2 volt contract/SIM not received

Hi there, I am new customer signed volt contract on 22 June. I have received virgin router Yesterday. But I did not receive any O2 contract/sim yet. Is it normal? Where shall I contact to sort this out?

Mobile Switched to o2 but no Broadband Change

Virgin Media Volt

My Sim was changed to O2 on 28/05/23 and I have activated the Volt bolt-on with O2 which has worked, however, the Volt upgrade on the virgin media broadband is not active. The address is the same on both VM and O2.
