Virgin double speed broadband - Volt

Hi, My O2 Volt benefits have been applied, but I cannot seem to get my double broadband speed on Virgin Media. The agent I spoke to on the phone said this was no longer a promotion. Please can someone help explain how I can set this up?Thanks
