Resolved! Red Button - V6/TiVo boxes

Trying to watch the Sunderland v LCFC game via the red button and it's not working. It says there aren't  currently any interactive games on any of the sky sports channels...... Please sort this as I'm not getting the service I pay for.

V6 box is overheating

Hi,  The V6 box is really hot to the touch.  I have not had any warning messages coming up on the screen but am worried it is a fire hazard especially as I have two children in the house.   We have had the box over 5 yrs.  The box is well ventilated....
