The arrows and wireless lights flashing indicate an internet connectivity issue and that the V6 box has lost the internet connection.  If connected via an ethernet cable double check that the cable is connected to both the hub and V6 and that the cable is snug and tight at both ends. Also try changing the ethernet cable.

If the V6 is connected wirelessly then check to see if any other devices are having problems connecting to the internet?

Double check that your hub is turned on. If it is turned on then disconnect it from the wall for around 30 seconds then turn it back on and wait 5 to 7 minutes for it to reset and fully boot up.

Also have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

      Hi AdzAce,

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're some issues with TV.

Can you confirm if you've followed the advise from newapollo?

Let us know if you're still having problems with this.

Yeah still having issues. It seems the box gets data downloaded onto the box but still stuck. I used a wire from router to box. Im gonna try one more thing tomorrow. I have the hub in modem mode with a router i bought. Gonna try with the hub connected directly to wire.

You will need to reset the Hub to Router mode to use a cable to the V6

        Hi again AdzAce

You can also disconnect the HDMI cable from the back of the V6 box and conect wirelessly.

Go to Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media TV service now > Change Network Settings

You should be able to set up a wireless connection from there

Sorry for late reply. I tested everything suggested here. Still stuck on starting up screen with lights flashing. Might need a new box or summat.

We have 4 boxes in total. Only this one is having connection issues for some background info.

Have you tried swapping the problem box around with one of the working boxes to confirm if it's a box fault, cabling/signal fault?
