Resolved! V6 upgrade to 360

Moving to ultimate volt in next few days. Have had my v6 box a few years and no icon showing to upgrade to 360, also nothing in apps. Will this appear near to upgrade date or do i need a new v6 box with software bulit in?

Remote Error msg re: remote control battery

I have the same issue and I’m using rechargeable batteries.  this hasn’t been an issue until the last few weeks and is now at the stage of the control only operating the tv volume and power.   any advice?

Lost Sports channels after switch to Biggest TV bundle

Recently signed up to new contract "Biggest TV bundle"since the switch date 6 sept we have lost all the sports channels.Near on impossible to talk to anyone at Virgin Media, and being cut off once finally through to someone, I'm pretty disappointed.

I had a green screen of death appear while switching channels. (not had this before)It indicated a DVR fault, and repair will take 3 hours,however it took only 20 minutes and back to normal with a restart  occurred.Recordings/replay works , apps work...

Sound but No Picture

Hi,I keep getting sound but no picture. Resetting the V6 box cures the problem but is getting more frequent. Also the V6 menus are sometimes grainy, is this related?Thanks
