Resolved! 360 Boxes - Recordings

Just upgraded to 360 boxes (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) Why are all recordings showing on both boxes? Just want separate recordings on separate boxes like our old boxes used to. Help. 

V6 to 360

Hi , I am thinking of upgrading V6 box to 360 , if I do , will I lose my recordings and is it worth it .

Maxit tv

Hi, i upgraded my mixit tv to maxit tv a few days ago and it was supposed to start on the 5/1/23, i contacted customer service and i was told it would be working by the end of the day, its now the 6/1/23 and nothing has changed. 

360 box keeps launching netflix

One of my 2 360 boxes keeps launching netflix,  in the last 30 minutes it's done this 6 times,  and it is not the first day this has happened. Please help.
