Apps and Netflix not working again

Hi I was having trouble with my previous box so have got a new one but I'm back to my apps not working and now Netflix isn't working. Surely my new box isn't broken already only had it 3 weeks.

  • We had the problem when we were changed over to the 360 box, 4 boxes later, fingers crossed all is well. The last engineer told us the hard drives are very delicate.

      Dont know about that. The same hardware seems fairly reliable with V6/tivo software.

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your TV box and accessing the inbuilt applications. What happens, when you try to open the applications, are you seeing any error messages? Also, is this happening for all of your applications?

    Our TV 360 Box is not connecting to any streaming services and has been tested by VM on two occassions with a replacement supposedly ordered but to date no acknowledgement, no order and no delivery so who do I contact now as the Help Desk seem incapable of resolving the issue?
