Hi, my child safe is not working and indeed my AS isn't Virgin. I tried to connect with configure router to use Virgin Media DNS at 194.168.4.100 and 194.168.8.100, but both do not work. What to do?

Can't turn on web safe
When I try to turn on child safe or virus safe in my online settings I get the message "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again". I have tried using different browsers and different devices (desktop, laptop and mobile).

WhatsApp for family doesn’t work due to child safe
WhatsApp used to work fine. Now it doesn’t. No one in house can send messages , pictures videos etc. always had child safe on. When i take child safe off it works however we want to keep it on. Any ideas why this is now happening?
