WebSafe Parental Controls not working
Hi there - like a few other people are reporting my Websafe "Parental Controls" don't appear to be working. They are switched on in the My Virgin Media Online Security page, but websites are not being blocked that should be. I have checked my DNS is correct, and switched off and back on the Parental Controls, and rebooted the router, but the problem still exists. Please advise how this can be resolved. I have just joined virgin fibre and cannot find anything on the app regarding parental controls or any control over what my children see. I have two options when I go to my account, one is account details and the other is to add a fingerprint. There is no option for any parental controls or online settings it is completely missing. How do I access something that does not exist?
