Not able to double-check at the moment - this error seems to appear quite a lot. But I'm pretty sure it is activated cos websites were being blocked a few weeks ago, it's only fairly recently it's stopped blocking.

To work VM Parental Controls require the device to use the default DNS from the VM Hub,
this will be bypassed by enabling a different DNS on the device and / or in a Web Browser.
Apple Relay and Cloudflare WARP are in common use and these are often not realised as being VPNs that will also bypass VM or any other ISP's Parental Controls.- 2vTuning in

To get you over the hurdle whilst VM fix the issue, you can manually set the DNS on the device(s) to use Cloudflare Adult and Malware filters. Set the DNS to 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3 manually. This will bypass the VM DNS servers until the issue is fixed.

Now I understand, the OP is faced with the VM Online Account not functioning,
numerous customers have complained about this for over 3 years.
It really is one of the most long standing defects that VM just do not fix.
