Device pause

Good morning, device pause isn't working, keeps coming up 'we're working on it' does anyone else have this issue? Thank you

    Which hub do you have?

    Try the following:-

    Login to the Hub via  your browser http://192.168.0.1

    Go to  Advanced settings > Wireless > Security

     Set Wireless MAC Filtering to Disabled and then click on Apply changes
     
    Go to  Advanced settings > Security > MAC Filtering

    Delete all entries in the MAC filter list and click on Always on then click on Apply changes

      Unpause it via the Hubs admin console.  The app has nothing you can’t do via the console.
