Hub 5x - pausing message

Anyone else getting this message when trying to pause a connection?

    Other customers with a Hub 5x have also reported this feature is not yet available.

      Hi, is there any update on this yet? Can I get a different hub so I can pause it? Cheers

  • The Connect app isn't working properly, so a replacement hub is not the solution.

    Pause via the Hub 5x menu ... if you really must.  

    But don't be surprised if a mobile or laptop just evades your attempts
    and you still need to resort to education of acceptable use.

    Do not pause any unknown devices, these may turn out to be your iPhone or your office VPN etc...
