Pausing / Unpausing

Cant unpause phones on hub 5. I cant access internet while others can. So inconvenient. Cant pause kids phones to control their usage.

    You can't pause mobile phones, because one of two things may happen :- 

    1) the mobile changes MAC access and reconnects to the Wi-Fi

    2) the mobile reconnects via the mobile network

    Use the Hub 5 admin menus to clean up the mess created with the Connect app.

    Pausing mobile phone on connect has nothing to do with the phones connections. It will block or unblock the mac address. 

    Thanks for the response though. I think it was just a glitch at that instance
