Hub 5x pause unpause
No WiFi. Connect said not connected to router. Then said WiFi ok. It’s NOT. Also has conflicting message on same screen. Problems with pause unpause with Hub5x. Working on it…
Anyone any idea WHEN WILL IT BE RESOLVED please?

The VM Connect all is still not fully functional with the Hub 5x.
Manage the Hub 5x directly via its menu the URL is : http://192.168.0.1
Wi-Fi Pausing is a waste of time, your kids will either evade the Wi-Fi MAC filter or revert to mobile data.Thanks! Unfortunately can’t open url. Speed too slow.
we don’t use pause. It’s just come up on VM connect app which I’ve just installed to try and resolve our issue. Lost will to live for tonight. Try again tomorrow.
It is a idea that VM should not have attempted to do....
Connected to the VM Hub but failing to access : http://192.168.0.1
often means a VPN is needs to be disabled, such as Apple Relay.
If you mention what your issue is, a solution might be offered.
