Hub5x pause/unpause

I’m having difficulties unpausing my son’s device this morning. The message in the app says it’s affecting Hub5x customers only and to contact support if the message continues.  I have clicked contact support and it brought me here. Can anyone help?

    Use the Hub 5x menus to remove the paused device.

    Login at http://192.168.0.1/  with the Hub password ( i.e. not the Wi-Fi password ).

    If possible, manage the VM Hub via a network cable.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with a known issue affecting the feature to pause devices' WiFi access. We haven't been able to locate you on the systems on our side. 

    Are you continuing to have issues with this since posting?

    What are you using to pause the device, is this through your online account or through the hub admin settings?
