Hub5x pause/unpause

Question

I’m having difficulties unpausing my son’s device this morning. The message in the app says it’s affecting Hub5x customers only and to contact support if the message continues. &nbsp;I have clicked contact support and it brought me here. Can anyone help?

Use the Hub 5x menus to remove the paused device.Login at http://192.168.0.1/&nbsp; with the Hub password ( i.e. not the Wi-Fi password ).If possible, manage the VM Hub via a network cable.
