Cannot find disable child safe setting

I am a new Virgin Media customer and I am trying to disable child controls for my account so I can access adult content on my devices.

There are numerous other posts on this forum on the matter which point to the Parental Control and Essential Security guides. These in turn state to log into My Virgin Media and navigate to Account Settings > Online Security.

I have no Online Security section in my Account Settings (see screenshots), how do I access these safety controls?

I have checked the Account details and Device authentication sections but the child safe controls cannot be found there.

VM system for child control is not that good

If you want you can on the given device use DNS 194.168.4.123 and 194.168.8.123

    Google how to change DNS

  • Hi wildernessoboet 👋 Thank you for your post and welcome to the Virgin Media Community 😀

We're sorry to hear about the problem you're having 😔

Given the "Online Security" option isn't showing, we'll send you a private message on here to look into this for you further. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

    Regards,
    Daniel
