Resolved! Showing weak signal in upstairs bedroom

Purchased 10metre extension lead from 5Star Cable company, to move mini360 box to upstairs bedroom. When connected it’s shows weak signal on diagnostic test saying coaxial connection, so can’t get all channel’s.
