Ethernet but no wireless

My Hub 3.0 is working fine on wired connection but no connection at all on wireless for any device; phone, printer, laptop. Hub home page shows Wireless as good for both 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz. A faulty Hub?Any suggestions please?
