Contact the VM Activation number 0800 953 9500
request the black VM Pod is re-paired to the replacement Hub 5.- patiuk786Settling in
Been on the phone for 45 minutes, apparently they paired the mac addresses, activated it. We rebooted both hub and black pod but still getting pulsing white light on the pod. Anymore advice fellow community members?

The never ending re-pairing fiasco continues. It is a problem the Activation Team have to solve even if it means supplying a new VM Pods and sending the original VM Pod back.
The sad thing is had this been a typical retail Wi-Fi repeater you would have had it sorted in 10 mins and not needed time on the phone to VM. E.g. a device like :

The mad thing is that it worked a treat with my hub 4, within 10 minutes it worked. They said they will send another pod, let's see!

Remember all VM kit is rented. We do not own it.
So retain the VM Pods that is now not working, VM will want it back even if that is years down the line and at the point of cancelling the service & VM are super quick to charge for kit that can not be returned.
