Solid Red light on Hub 3

My WiFi has stopped today. The service status is green. I’ve turned off the hub and unplugged it. It’s now stone cold but still has this overheating red light on. I can’t see anyway of contacting Virgin. The chat is useless and the WhatsApp doesn’t work. I can’t find a number to call anyone. I need WiFi for work. Help!
