Paid overdue bill

Password Reset

I have tried on 6 occassions to reset my password to access My Virgin Media App however, no reset email ever arrives (I have checked junk mail). I am trying to activate Netflix on my Virgin Media package after I have done this. Thanks. 

Cannot login to my account
