Unable to update Flex plan using VM app

Hi,

I want to change my flex plan which I am unable to update using the VM app. I was able to do this couple of months back but it has stopped working. Whenever I have tried to remove the channel subscribed using flex, error is 'something went wrong - go to VMapp'.

I want to cancel the channel subscription to avoid getting billed for next month. Need the help urgently.

      Hi,

      I have tried every option - both apps, different browser but it is not working. This is pathetic from Virgin. If they give option of flex tv then the option to change the flex tv package must work at all times. 

      I already have paid extra for this month as I could not change the package.

      Is there anyone from Virgin support here who can ask someone to check their website and fix Flex option update?
