Account disconnected after moving home

I received the installation pack and plugged in accordingly. However the apps keeps stating that I’m disconnected and my account has been cancelled. I can’t connect in my new home. Can anyone help. Thanks.

Generating app password

Due to hacking I have had to change passwords. Now I cammot generate app password without changing my email sign in but every time I try the new sign in is rejected with a comment to verify email address first. How?
