virgin driver insurance

Virgin Driver reversed into me. Admitted liability but no one has contacted me. Tried Leaseplan as that was what was supplied by driver but they wont have anything to do with it saying they just do accident management and not insurance??? please help...

Price increase

Hi, my tv package is increasing from April. I have been with V.M 25yrs is there no discount for existing customers loyalty if they cannot afford the increase. Or is it a case of leaving V.M or downgrading package?

Can’t sign in using email virgin use to contact me, can’t request new password get an error, request to check email and when I enter account number etc, it gives an error….need help please
