Survey satisfaction

I wanted to give some positive feedback to the technician Jake (ID - 37172) but was unable to find the survey. My account number is [MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED]

I want to rate him as a 5 (Very Satisfied) for our installation. He was very professional and helpful from start to finish.  Thank you so much.

  • Same issue.. want to leave positive feedback but no survey has come through after a month now.. So many folks reporting this issue.. should be getting the attention and not fair on your folks doing good work to not get the feedback.. How can I provide feedback for 70423 SADE
