Hi, I'd like to leave feed back for an exceptional service visit that repaired a problem with my connectivity.

The engineer went above and beyond by perfoming a logical set of tests whilst reporting to me the results as he went at each stage. Maintaining complete professionalism when he located the issue and even informed me of the steps he was going to take to correct and test. He completed the task quickly as well with no fuss within his time allocated.

He even performed a welcomed final step to check all was working before leaving site and confirmed my satisfaction. Engaging service delivery.

Ensured, when entering the house that he was wearing shoe protectors to protect my wooden floors (without being asked)
Ensured my dog who was wondering around, didn't leave the premises and even fussed him.
