Survey satisfaction

I wanted to give some positive feedback to the  technician Charlie I.d.92464 but I was unable to find the survey.

I wanted to give him 10 out 10 for being very professional from start to finish. He understood straight away what our broadband issue was and changed our hub and some cables too.  Thank you so much.

  • How long ago was the visit? I think my survey came through about one or two weeks after the installation. 

    As someone who used to work in a customer facing role, it's nice to see people such as yourself reaching out to praise good work. Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you. 👍
