Didn't receive a survey for technician feedback
I had my internet sevice installed yesterday but have yet to recieve an email link to the feedback survey. I've confirmed the contact details on my Virgin account are correct and double checked my spam folder too.
Would it be possible for the email to be resent or a direct link to the survey be sent via private message? I wouldn't want the technician to miss out on the positive feedback they deserve.
