No Survey email received to leave positive feedback for two technicians

Hi, I have had two different technicians visit on two occasions recently, and they have both stated that a feedback survey link to Virginmedia@qualtrics-survey.com would be emailed to me. I have not received any emails, checked my junk folders too. I wanted to leave positive feedback for both technicians. Can this be sent so I can complete please? Looking through this forum this looks to be a common issue VirginMedia - i suggest you look into this. Both technicians reiterated the importance to them that the surveys are completed! Please send me the survey feedback emails for technician 21789 and 16194. Thank you

    Give it time, my survey didn't come till over a week after the tech visit.

      Great to hear you've had a positive experience with two of our engineers. As Mr_K has said, it can take a while for a survey to come though.

      If you don't receive anything after a week please let us know, and we can send the feedback manually for you.

        It has been over 2 weeks and no survey has come through (I have checked junk folders)
