Resolved! Seeking confirmation of cancellation

Hi,I am hoping someone can advise.....I telephone cancelled 25th Oct 2023 and it seems to have gone OK but I have not received any confirmation.Is there anyway I can get some form of confirmation for my peace of mind?Thank you in anticipation

Van not moved

Red Light on Hub

Sorry to piggyback, but I’ve been having the same issue today.   Constant red light on the hub.  Internet went down for a while, but seems to be working again - but the red light is still on.   The hub is not hot to the touch.
