How to track a complaint

How do you track an open complaint?  When I try to check via https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/complaints, it just takes me to the page where you submit a new complaint

Hello. I've just received my first bill after joining Virgin on 14th February. It shows a charge of £7 for on demand purchases that we haven't made. Can anyone tell me if there is a record of purchases somewhere in my account as I cannot find one?
