Hi,I have the same issue, I do not know my account number, never got a bill, cannot login to the Virgin app without the account details. Please can you help me. I think you should have my mobile phone number to send a private message.

Returning old router

I have already returned my old router, but I keep receiving text messages saying I need to return it? I have the Yodel parcel receipt to say it's been returned.
