No welcome email

Hello!Just had the engineer came and install the broadband cabling and set up the router and TV.However, I've not received any welcome email or bill so I can't sign up for the My Virgin Media app.Any help would be great?Thanks!

DEF01 error

So.. this error seems incredibly common. Trying to 'complete' account details on-line, entering security question, date of birth etc.. repeatedly given this error and message to 'try again' in a minute.
