VM Account

I have completely forgotten my account details as its been awhile. I am getting emails saying my sim plan bills are in My VM account but cant access them. I tried calling customer service but have been waiting for WAYY to long what can i do?

Please disregard my post I have realised it's already sorted so edited out my post here, I'm still receiving renew emails which is confusing, making me thing renewal hasn't been accepted.

Cancellation refund

I recently cancelled my service due to the price increase. I was told I would get a refund of overpayment in March but have not received it….anyone have similar and how did it get resolved??
