Never ending fault!

Fault ref: F011978110

Been going for nearly 7 weeks now, they just keep pushing the date back further and further. CB8 postcode.

WiFi intermittent, keeps cutting me out of Teams calls all day at home.

I've complained about it twice via WhatsApp, with no resolve. 

What is this fault? There's no information about it other than it's a fault. I'm at my wits end with it now, just renewed my contract with Virgin before this happened, wish I hadn't now!
