Paused TV skipping back

Evening folks,

I've seen a number of posts about this issue where during paused live TV, itll skip 

When i try to fast forward either by pressing the arrows and speeding it up or by doing the right button to skip 30 seconds, what happens is it'll skip back anything upto 10-15 minutes and will occasionally then jump forward to live TV and we'll lose the paused TV

I've noticed this was becoming more of an issue over the past year so I've reported and eventually got an engineer to come out who gave me a brand new 360 box however, after a week or so, the issue is back and just as bad as before

Could this be something to do with my line? I find it so hard to get the issue across to the people on live chat

    Thanks for coming back to our Community Forums andybutlerr and sorry to see this error has appeared on your newly issued 360 set top box.

    Can you please confirm that you're not potentially pressing the index-jump button on your remote?

    The time interval on the index points varies depending how long the recording/live pause has ran for, but it might indicate the issue experienced on both the former and current set top box.
