Hey,

Why does it take so long for Virgin Media to update your TV and Broadband when you upgrade?

For example, I upgraded my broadband, and that took 7 days before I received the speed that I ordered, and now I've just upgraded the TV, and that's taking 15 days.

Why is this?

    Regrades placed over the phone are usually completed immediately unless the regrade also requires a change of equipment.

    Regrades placed by any other method can take up to 14 days as they are processed manually by a back office team.

    If you are wanting your TV upgrade completing more quickly and it doesn't involve a change of/or additional equipment, then I suggest you call in and place it again over the phone.

      I did it through my web account with them. But thanks for that, I didn't know that. Learned something new today.

        As mentioned deals done online can take 14 working days, we have no way to speed this up sorry.
