Anyone know how I can get in touch with VirginMedia to have them repair the outside casing for my wire into my house? This thing looks like its on its last legs. It hasnt been touched in 10 years and now I'm having my walls rendered I need a new casing put on it.
Try reporting as a fault with a : "Plastic small termination box"
