Help required
My Virgin/O2 account has been compromised and linked to an unauthorised email address.
Despite repeated calls and emails, nothing has been resolved and the account remains insecure.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of feedback or escalation from Virgin/O2 support.
My contract has now ended and I’m reviewing alternative providers.
Who at Virgin can actually take ownership of this and remove the unauthorised link?
