Longer splitter cable required

I need to move the position of my TV and router and so will need a longer splitter cable. I will also need to move the position of my second TiVo box. How do I go about this?

I believe VM can supply a 3 Mtr pre made cable for this. Any more than this, will need a tech visit. It's a standard £25 non call out fee. The tech will do any relocation you need and check the signal levels etc when finished.
If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss with you directly.

  Hi John,we are now ready to have the internal (push in) extension cable from the wall to the new router and TV location. How can I arrange for a visit as soon as is possible as we want to put the cable underneath edge of a new carpet when it is fitted.
