Longer isolator cable required

Hi. I’m looking to move my broadband router and require a longer isolator cable. 

I understand that a cable up to 5m length can be sent via home delivery and does not require an engineer visit.

Can a member of the forum team contact me so this can be arranged please.

    Welcome back to the Community Forums. 

    We're able to arrange a 5m coaxial cable on our side. If this is not suitable, then the next step would be an engineer appointment to relocate the equipment. This is charged at a standard call-out fee of £25.
