anyone know if VM will supply a shorter internal coax / isolator cable, ideally 0.5m?
had some decorating works done & would look better / tidier if I had a shorter cable.

Straight coaxial cables are provided at 1m & 3m. Isolator cables are only 1m. Anything else non-standard to this requires a tech visit to make cabling up on site.

We're sorry but we can only send a 3m coax cable from here I'm afraid. For anything shorter, we'd need to book an engineer who will be able to do a custom length. There is a £25 charge for a non-fault call out which would be added to your next bill.
