Activate Netflix
Hi,
I previously had a separate Netflix sub, that expired today. My plan was to stop paying separate and move to the Netflix included in my subscription.
Netflix app on the VM box gives me a payment issues error when I log in, with no way to link to my Virgin.
myVirginMedia account online has the below under Netflix in Entertainment Services:

Should it imminently update? I’m not sure how long it has shown this and I’ve had no emails from Virgin regarding Netflix. How do I force my Netflix account to work again?
