This looks like it should just work after a refresh, did it manage to come on?
Can you try it on another device connected to the WIFI to see if it works?

Many people are getting this on youtube and amazon prime. It is a virgin media issue as other devices in households can access youtube and amazon ok. resetting the box has no effect.
