Error 669 Again!

After not having the error for a while, it came back again yesterday. A hard reset solved it, but surely there must be a permanent fix for this. I use all HDMI 2.1 cables and run the TV and box through a Sony STR-DH790 HDMI 2.1 compatible amp.

I'm sorry to hear about the error code showing up again. 😞 It's the last thing we want to happen!
May I ask if the issue has re-occurred since Saturday or is everything fine now?
