I am trying to remove the parental control from my mobile phone account. However I keep getting a message saying that there is a financial softlock on the account preventing this change.

Hi @Kelpar,
Thank you for expanding. The soft lock would mean that the number is currently in the process of being migrated to the O2 network, so during that period there'll be certain network level changes that cannot be made.
Does the message say anything further at all?
