Roaming does not work in Germany at all

We have exactly the same problems on both iphones pro max 13 and 14 Just sitting in hotel in Berlin trying to solve the problem instead to go clubbing. The same problem with 2 iphonesThe first thing I will do at home I will bin the virgin sim cards and cancel the contract

We're sorry to hear of the roaming issue while abroad, can you please try going on this link here and see if you can reset your roaming settings from that end?
