Register Sim

I am unable to register new sim, there is no option to do so online and 1908 is not ringing.

Can you please advise

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Apologies you are having issues with your new Sim card. Please can you confirm the network provider of that sim card, either Virgin or O2?
