Unfortunately I am having the same issue. I have spoken to the contact centre at Virgin repeatedly today to pay the credit agreement but have been directed each time to o2. Who in turn are directing me back to virgin. Can access the Virgin Mobile credit agreement with security key etc, but no link to pay off the agreement.
A remedy would be greatly appreciated.
